ResourcesBuilt-in CRM
Before a borrower is a deal in your LOS, they are a scenario. Keep the scenario.
Free plan, no card. Paid plans include a 14-day trial.
Every lead your calculators capture lands in PrequalFunnel's built-in CRM as a contact with notes, a status, the campaign that produced it and the full history of calculations that borrower has run. It works on the free plan, needs no setup, and keeps every lead even when an outside integration fails.
One record per borrower, with everything the calculators learned about them.
Name, email and/or phone, and the consent the borrower gave on your form.
Every submission, with every input and every result, in order. A borrower who ran the affordability calculator on Monday and the FHA calculator on Thursday shows both.
A Campaign panel shows first and last touch: UTMs, click IDs, referrer and landing page. See lead attribution.
Record what the borrower said on the call, what documents you asked for, or why the scenario changed.
Mark where each lead stands so nothing sits untouched in a list.

Because it is the system of record for what the borrower calculated, and it works before and regardless of any integration. Many LOs start on the free Originator plan without webhooks; the built-in CRM is how they work leads from day one.
If you do connect HighLevel, Zapier or Make on Producer or Brokerage, the CRM still matters. Every lead is saved here first and then sent on. If the workflow URL changes, the HighLevel account hits a limit, or a Zap is switched off, the lead is still here, with its numbers. You do not have to reconstruct a borrower from a half-filled HighLevel contact.
It is also where the calculation history lives. Webhook payloads carry each submission as it happens; the CRM shows the whole sequence for a returning borrower, which is often the most telling part. A borrower who drops their target price twice is giving you a budget signal before the first call. Think of it as the pre-qual notebook that sits between your website and your LOS, not a replacement for either. If you still pre-qualify by phone and spreadsheet, see calculator funnels vs manual pre-qualification.
The CRM is on every plan; the limits grow with it.
| Plan | Contacts stored | Team seats | Leads sent to webhooks |
|---|---|---|---|
| Originator (Originator, free) | 100 | 1 | No |
| Producer | 10,000 | 5 | Yes |
| Brokerage | Unlimited | Unlimited | Yes |
If an account is over its contact limit, new leads are not stored. The borrower still sees a success message, and the account owner gets a notice at most once a day. Returning borrowers who already exist are matched, not added. If the free plan's 100 contacts are filling up, move to Producer before the cap, not after a weekend of lost leads.
An inbox gives you messages. The CRM gives you borrowers, with their numbers and source.

You do not have to work leads there, but it is worth keeping. Every lead is saved in the PrequalFunnel CRM first and then sent to HighLevel, so the CRM is your backup and the place where a borrower's full calculation history lives.
It matches by email first and then by phone. When a returning borrower submits again, the new calculation is appended to their existing contact instead of creating a second record, and their original first-touch source is kept.
Yes. The contact record shows each submission with every input and every result, in order. That is usually enough to open the call with their scenario, such as purchase price, down payment and estimated payment, rather than a generic question.
Yes. Each contact has notes for call outcomes, requested documents or changes to the scenario, and a status so you can see which leads are new, in progress or done.
Yes. Originator includes the CRM with up to 100 contacts and 1 seat. Producer and Brokerage raise the contact and seat limits and add webhooks.
New leads are not stored while the account is over the limit, though the borrower still sees a success message. The account owner gets a notice at most once a day. Upgrading raises the limit; plan ahead if your funnel is growing.
Yes, within your plan's seat limit: 5 on Producer and Unlimited on Brokerage. Each person signs in with their own login, and on paid plans you can brand the sign-in portal with your own domain.
No. PrequalFunnel does not take applications, pull credit, issue pre-approvals or manage conditions. The CRM holds pre-qual leads and their calculations; once a borrower is ready to apply, they move into your normal application and LOS process.
Yes. You get an email alert for each new lead. On white-labeled accounts, those alerts carry your brand and can be sent through your own email server.
