One lead, one JSON payload, every input and result the borrower saw, delivered where your follow-up already lives.
Free plan, no card. Paid plans include a 14-day trial.
PrequalFunnel connects to your other tools through one mechanism: a webhook that POSTs each calculator lead as JSON. Point it at a HighLevel Inbound Webhook trigger, a Zapier or Make catcher, or any URL. Webhooks are on the Producer and Brokerage plans; every plan saves leads in the built-in CRM.
Pick the destination where you already work leads. Each row uses the same webhook and the same payload; only the receiving side differs.
| Destination | How it connects | Best for | Plan |
|---|---|---|---|
| HighLevel | Workflow with an Inbound Webhook trigger | LOs who run follow-up, SMS and pipelines in HighLevel | Producer or Brokerage |
| Zapier | Webhooks by Zapier Catch Hook trigger | Pushing leads to a LOS-adjacent tool, Google Sheets or a team chat | Producer or Brokerage |
| Make | Webhooks Custom webhook module | Branching scenarios, routing by loan type or state | Producer or Brokerage |
| Any URL | Your endpoint receives an HTTP POST with JSON | Teams with a developer or an in-house CRM | Producer or Brokerage |
| Built-in CRM | Automatic; no setup | Every account, including the free Originator plan | All plans |

Because a webhook is the one format every serious CRM and automation tool already accepts, and it lets the full calculation travel with the lead. A native connector usually maps five or six standard fields and drops the rest. A mortgage lead webhook sends the whole record: the contact, every input the borrower typed, every result they saw, the page URL and the campaign that brought them.
When a borrower submits the lead form inside a calculator, PrequalFunnel first saves the contact in your built-in CRM, de-duplicating by email and then phone. Only then does it POST the JSON to your destination. That order matters: if HighLevel is down or a Zap is switched off, the lead is still in your CRM with the numbers attached.
You can set one account-wide webhook, then override it for specific calculators. A common setup sends FHA calculator leads to a first-time buyer workflow and refinance calculator leads to a rate-watch workflow, each with its own follow-up cadence.
Every destination receives the same fields, so you can build follow-up around the borrower's actual numbers instead of a bare name and phone number.
Name, email, phone and the consent the borrower gave on the form, plus whether this is a new or returning contact.
Every value the borrower entered (price, down payment, income, debts) and every result shown, such as payment, DTI or maximum price.
Which calculator produced the lead and the page URL it was embedded on, so you know the borrower's intent.
First and last touch, flat utm_* fields, gclid, fbclid, msclkid, landing page and referrer, ready to map to custom fields.
When the lead was submitted, so your speed-to-lead reporting starts at the right second.
Both start from the same saved lead. The difference is whether it also reaches the tools that run your follow-up automatically.
Before a workflow texts or calls a borrower, make sure the form's consent language covers it. The payload carries the consent the borrower gave; your automation should respect it. Keep your NMLS ID and Equal Housing Opportunity statement on the pages where calculators live, and check TCPA consent wording with your compliance team or counsel.

Any CRM or automation tool that can receive a webhook. That covers HighLevel through its Inbound Webhook trigger, Zapier and Make through their webhook catchers, and custom endpoints. If your CRM has no webhook intake, Zapier or Make can usually bridge it.
Yes for webhooks: they are included on the Producer and Brokerage plans. The free Originator plan still embeds calculators, captures leads into the built-in CRM and emails you each new lead, so you can start there and add delivery later.
No marketplace app is required. You create a workflow in HighLevel with the Inbound Webhook trigger, paste its URL into PrequalFunnel, and map the fields once. That gives you more fields than a fixed connector would.
The lead is not lost. PrequalFunnel saves the contact in your CRM before it sends the webhook, so the borrower's details and numbers remain available even if the delivery fails.
Yes. Set an account-wide webhook, then add a per-calculator webhook where you want different routing, for example VA leads to one workflow and refinance leads to another.
No. Webhook URLs are never included in the public calculator configuration that loads in the browser. They are used only when PrequalFunnel sends the lead.
Yes. It includes nested first and last touch attribution plus flat utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, gclid, fbclid, msclkid, landing_page, referrer and first_touch_source fields.
Only if your LOS or a middleware tool accepts webhooks. PrequalFunnel is not a point-of-sale application; it delivers pre-qualification leads. Many teams send leads to a CRM first and start the application from there.
No. Delivery happens on the server after the borrower submits, so the borrower sees the confirmation without waiting for your CRM to respond.
