The short version

Some links on prequalfunnel.com are partner links. If you click one and buy, the partner may pay PrequalFunnel a commission. You pay the same price you would pay anyway. We tell you which links these are, and we only recommend offers we think are relevant to loan officers and mortgage brokers.

At the moment we have two kinds of partner links:

  • A done-for-you mortgage website service. For loan officers who do not have a website yet, or want a new one built for them, we link to a partner that designs and builds websites for mortgage professionals. You can then embed PrequalFunnel calculators on that site like any other.
  • A HighLevel snapshot for mortgage pros. For loan officers who use HighLevel, we link to a partner's ready-made snapshot: pre-built funnels, pipelines and workflows for mortgage professionals that you import into your HighLevel account. It can be a quick starting point for the workflow that receives PrequalFunnel leads.

These partners are separate businesses. They have their own terms, pricing, privacy policies and support. Buying from them is a separate agreement between you and the partner, and PrequalFunnel is not responsible for their products or services. You do not need either offer to use PrequalFunnel: our calculators work on any website, and our HighLevel integration works with any HighLevel account and workflow you build yourself.

  • Partner links are labeled as partner links next to the link or in the section that contains them.
  • Pages with a partner strip or partner section say so where the offer appears, not only on this page.
  • In the page code, every partner link carries rel="sponsored nofollow" so search engines know it is a paid relationship.
  • Partner links open in a new tab so you can return to our page easily.

Where you will see them

Partner links may appear on the pricing page, on some solutions pages, on the HighLevel integration page and in the footer. They do not appear inside the calculators you embed on your own website, and we never insert partner links into your pages or your leads.

  • Product facts. Plan features, limits and prices come from one data source and are the same whether or not a page has a partner link.
  • Comparisons and recommendations. We do not rank, praise or criticize any product because of a commission.
  • Compliance content. Our compliance checklists and guides are written for accuracy and are never sponsored.
  • Reference links. Links to HighLevel, Zapier, Make, Stripe, Google and government agencies are there because they are useful. We are not paid for them.

We do not accept payment for reviews, rankings or guest content, and we do not publish fabricated testimonials.

Why we disclose

We want you to know when we have a financial interest in a link so you can weigh our recommendation accordingly. Clear disclosure is also what the Federal Trade Commission expects of businesses that earn from endorsements and affiliate links.

If this changes

If we add new partners or change how partner links work, we will update this page and the date at the top.

Questions loan officers ask

Do partner links cost me more?

No. You pay the partner's normal price. If you buy through our link, the partner may pay us a commission.

Are HighLevel, Zapier or government links partner links?

No. Links to HighLevel, Zapier, Make, Stripe and government agencies such as HUD, the VA and the CFPB are plain reference links. We are not paid for them.
