Twelve LOs, twelve free widgets, twelve consent checkboxes: that is the branch you're trying to stop running.
Free plan, no card. Paid plans include a 14-day trial.
PrequalFunnel gives a branch or team one approved set of branded calculators that every loan officer uses on their own pages. You review the theme, disclosures and consent text once, LOs get a working pre-qual funnel on day one, and leads route to each LO while the branch keeps a full record. That is consistency, compliance and a recruiting story.
The difference shows up in compliance reviews, borrower trust and your own reporting.
Most companies review anything that carries an LO's name, NMLS ID or rate language. Give the reviewer a complete package.
Pick the calculators the branch will use, apply the theme, and write the labels and button copy you want reviewed.
Include NMLS ID, Equal Housing Opportunity and state licensing information on the host pages and in branded emails.
The lead form's consent wording is yours to write. Have compliance or counsel approve it with TCPA consent in mind.
Share where leads are stored, who can see them and where webhooks send them. The security overview is a useful attachment.
Once approved, duplicate the set for each LO rather than letting each LO edit the wording.

Because producing LOs ask what they get, and "a logo and a website template" is a weak answer. A ready pre-qualification funnel, with calculators already branded, a lead form that captures the borrower's numbers and leads already flowing into a follow-up workflow, is a concrete piece of support an LO can use the week they join.
It also helps new and developing LOs most. An experienced producer has referral partners and a past-client database. A newer LO has a website and not much else. Giving them a working funnel on day one shortens the gap between licensing and first conversations, without asking them to become marketers.
On retention, the point is quieter. Tools that save an LO time every week are part of the reason they stay. Be careful with the message: avoid promising lead volume or income, and never describe the tools as "exclusive leads". Describe what they do: show borrowers their numbers, capture interested borrowers with context, and get the lead to the LO quickly.
Size the plan to the number of people who sign in and the number of calculators you will copy.
| Situation | Plan | Why it fits |
|---|---|---|
| Producing team of up to 5 people | Producer | 50 calculators, webhooks, white-label, 5 domains |
| Branch with many LOs and assistants | Brokerage | Unlimited seats, Unlimited calculators and Unlimited domains |
| Branch with self-employed and non-QM focus | Brokerage | Adds the Qualifying Income calculators |
| Pilot with one LO before rollout | Originator | Free, 5 calculators, enough to run the compliance review |
A shared record of borrower intent across every LO's pages.
Each lead carries the page URL, so you see whether bio pages, program pages or funnel steps produce conversations.
UTM tags, ad click IDs and referrer on each lead show which campaigns produced pre-qual conversations. See lead attribution.
Inputs and results show the price ranges, down payments and DTI levels your market brings, which helps coaching and program focus.
Statuses and notes in the built-in CRM, or the pipeline in HighLevel, show whether leads were worked.
If branch LOs want calculators on real-estate agents' sites or shared landing pages, treat that as co-marketing. It must be at fair market value and must not function as payment for referrals under RESPA Section 8. Talk to compliance before launching.
FAQ · 9 questions
The practical approach is to manage calculator settings centrally and give LOs seats for working leads rather than editing copy. Agree in writing who is allowed to change calculator wording, and re-review whenever it changes.
Yes, if you copy the approved setup. The theme, palette, fonts and copy travel with the calculator, and inline embeds are style-isolated so each LO's site CSS cannot change their appearance.
Yes. Every lead is saved in the shared CRM first, then sent by the calculator's webhook to the LO's workflow. The branch has the full record and the LO gets the lead quickly.
No. PrequalFunnel provides calculators with estimate disclaimers and lets you write consent text, but your company's compliance team or counsel approves your marketing. We do not give legal advice.
Yes, if you describe it accurately: ready, branded pre-qual tools and a lead flow on day one. Avoid promising lead volume or income, and do not describe calculator leads as exclusive.
Yes. On paid plans calculators can be served from a custom domain such as calculators.yourteam.com, with the "Powered by" credit removed and branded sign-in and emails.
They stay in the branch's CRM. Remove the departing LO's seat and re-point their calculators' webhooks to whoever takes over their pipeline.
Yes. Every calculator lets the borrower switch to Spanish (or Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese or Arabic), and the lead form switches with it. Route Spanish-language leads to bilingual LOs if you have them.
Brokerage, because it includes Unlimited seats and Unlimited calculators. Producer caps seats at 5.
