PrequalFunnel is the same pre-qualification funnel for everyone: calculators that show a borrower their numbers, a lead form at the right moment, and delivery to your CRM or HighLevel. What changes by segment is the setup. A one-person shop needs speed, a brokerage needs routing and seats, and a branch needs consistency.
Five groups, each with a dedicated page. Start with the one that describes who answers the phone when a lead comes in.
You are the marketing department, the processor's first contact and the closer. You need a funnel that runs while you are in a showing or at a closing table. See PrequalFunnel for independent loan officers.
Several LOs, one website, and a recurring argument about whose lead it was. You need routing per LO and one place to see every lead. See PrequalFunnel for mortgage brokerages.
You want every LO on the branch using the same branded, reviewed tools, not twelve different free widgets. See PrequalFunnel for branch and team leaders.
Your follow-up already lives in HighLevel workflows. You need the borrower's numbers to arrive in custom fields, not just a name. See PrequalFunnel for HighLevel users.
A meaningful share of your borrowers would rather run numbers in Spanish. You need calculators and forms that switch languages without losing the lead. See PrequalFunnel for bilingual loan officers.

The borrower's path stays the same. A visitor lands on a page, runs a payment, affordability or DTI scenario, sees a result that matters to them, and is offered a short lead form at that moment. The lead is saved with every input and result attached, and you get an email alert. That sequence is described stage by stage in the pre-qualification funnel.
What changes is everything around the lead. An independent LO usually wants one inbox and one follow-up routine. A brokerage wants each LO's calculators to send leads to that LO's workflow. A branch manager wants the same theme, the same disclosures and the same consent text on every LO's page. A HighLevel shop wants the numbers in custom fields so workflows can branch on them. A bilingual LO wants Spanish speakers to stay in Spanish all the way to the submit button.
None of these setups needs a different product. They use different combinations of the same parts: embed options, per-calculator webhooks, seats, white-label branding and language switching. The segment pages below explain which combination tends to work and where it falls short.
A starting point, not a rule. Plan names and limits render from current pricing data.
| Segment | Usual starting plan | Why | Key limits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Independent LO, testing the idea | Originator (free) | Lead form, CRM and email alerts on the free plan | 5 calculators, 100 contacts, 1 seat |
| Independent LO running ads or HighLevel | Producer | Webhooks, white-label and your own domain | 50 calculators, 10,000 contacts, 5 seats |
| Small team or HighLevel agency-style setup | Producer | Per-calculator webhooks and a handful of seats | 10 widgets, 5 domains |
| Brokerage or branch with many LOs | Brokerage | Seats and calculators without a ceiling, plus Qualifying Income tools | Unlimited seats, Unlimited contacts |
| Bilingual LO | Any plan | Bilingual calculators are on every plan | Matches whichever plan you choose |
The difference is mostly about who owns the lead after it arrives.
PrequalFunnel does not pull credit, issue pre-approvals or Loan Estimates, or price loans. It gives you a borrower's self-reported numbers and the estimate they saw. You still verify income, assets and credit in your own process, and you remain responsible for your NMLS ID, Equal Housing Opportunity statement and consent language; check with your compliance team or counsel.
Four quick questions settle most decisions.
One person means the independent LO path. More than one means you need routing, which points to the brokerage or branch path.
If it lives in HighLevel, read the HighLevel page first; webhooks need Producer or Brokerage.
If Spanish speakers are a real part of your market, plan the bilingual setup from day one rather than retrofitting it.
Run the funnel on Originator and move up when you need webhooks, more contacts or your own domain. See how setup works.

No. Everyone uses the same calculators, lead form, CRM and delivery options. Brokerages and branches mostly use more seats, per-calculator webhooks for routing and white-label branding, which come with the Producer and Brokerage plans.
Usually Originator, the free plan, to prove the funnel produces conversations. It includes the lead form, the built-in CRM and email alerts. Most move to Producer when they want leads pushed into HighLevel or want calculators on their own domain.
Yes. Give each LO their own calculators and set a per-calculator webhook to that LO's workflow, pipeline or automation. Every lead still lands in the shared CRM first, so a webhook problem never loses it.
Originator includes 1 seat, Producer includes 5 and Brokerage includes Unlimited. Seats are for the people who work leads and manage calculators, such as LOs, assistants and marketing staff.
No. The built-in CRM and email alerts work on their own. HighLevel, Zapier, Make and any URL that accepts a JSON POST are optional destinations on paid plans, for teams that already run follow-up somewhere else.
Yes. Multilingual calculators are included on every plan. Every calculator, the affordability calculator included, speaks English, Spanish, Simplified Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese and Arabic; the pre-qualification calculator is a good second step for Spanish-language affordability questions.
Yes. It is lender-agnostic. The calculators use US program rules and federal figures, not a specific lender's pricing, so a broker can use them regardless of which wholesale lenders the loan eventually goes to.
Yes. Paid plans are monthly, yearly or lifetime, and you can cancel any time. Monthly and yearly plans start with a 14-day free trial, so a team can test routing before committing.
The branch and team leaders page. It covers consistent branded tools across LOs, the recruiting and retention angle, and how to take the calculators through your company's compliance review.
